Shipping & Sampling Policy

1. Sampling Policy

We understand the importance of quality verification. Samples for our Smart Nightstands and other furniture products can be requested. Sample costs and international courier fees are generally borne by the client, which may be credited toward your first bulk order.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods including Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, and Express Delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS). The choice of method depends on the order volume and urgency.

3. Lead Times

Production lead times vary by product and order quantity. Standard lead times are typically 15-30 days from receipt of deposit. Shipping times depend on the destination and chosen shipping method.

4. Customs and Duties

The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., DDP terms).

Once your order is shipped, we will provide all necessary documentation and tracking information to ensure you can monitor your shipment.
